Our Why
Raising Awareness & Support
Our number one goal for this foundation is to honor the life of Raymond Wene. We accomplish this by supporting patients and their families walking their own brain cancer battles, as well as assisting with scholarships for the continuing education of neurology nurses.
Mission
The Ray of Hope Foundation is a 501©3 non-profit organization created in 2020 to honor the life of Raymond Wene. Our mission is to raise awareness, provide medical personnel educational scholarships, and offer support to brain tumor and brain cancer patients and their families.
Vision
Inspired by the memory of Raymond Wene, we envision a world where the shadow of brain tumors no longer darkens lives. Our organization is dedicated to providing unwavering support to patients and families battling this relentless disease. With compassion as our guide, we strive
to cultivate a community where every individual facing a brain tumor finds comfort, strength, and hope. Together, we envision a future where the journey through brain cancer is met with resources, resilience, and ultimately, triumph.
